You are not eligible to register or maintain an Account if you are:
To register an Account on 939bat, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid Pakistani mobile number, a secure password, and your CNIC number for identity verification. You agree to keep all Account information current and accurate at all times.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on 939bat. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or CNIC details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being closed and any balances or winnings forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must notify 939bat support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 939bat will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials.
939bat reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, a proof of address, or evidence of ownership of a payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.
KYC verification is conducted to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to protect the integrity of the platform. 939bat takes all verification requests seriously and processes documentation promptly.
All deposits to a 939bat Account must be made via one of the Supported Payment Methods listed in the Cashier section of the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 (PKR). Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited instantly upon OTP confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, or 1LINK may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing institution.
939bat does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be returned and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 939bat Account holder. Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa). Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer subject to the receiving institution's processing times.
939bat reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification before processing any withdrawal request above a threshold determined at 939bat's sole discretion. Pending withdrawals may be held where KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed, where there is a suspected breach of these Terms, or where a chargeback has been raised.
All Account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). 939bat does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals for any Supported Payment Method; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees or charges.
All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or event as published on the 939bat Platform at the time the bet is placed. 939bat reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error in the odds, lines, or other market parameters — whether caused by human error, technical fault, or feed malfunction — 939bat reserves the right to void any such bet and return the stake to the User's Account. This includes situations where odds or spreads are published at clearly incorrect levels that deviate significantly from fair market value.
In-play (live) betting markets are governed by additional sport-specific rules as published in the betting rules section of the Platform. 939bat reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time without prior notice. Bets accepted after an event has concluded or after an in-play event has been determined will be voided.
Maximum winnings per bet or per event may be subject to limits as published in the 939bat betting rules. Where a winning bet exceeds the stated maximum payout for a market, the payout will be capped at the published maximum and the remainder forfeited.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, server interruption, or browser crash — 939bat will endeavour to reinstate the game round to the last confirmed state recorded on the game server. Where this is not possible, the affected stake will be returned to the User's Account.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 939bat.

939bat does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical faults. In the event of a system failure that results in a bet being accepted incorrectly or a game round being interrupted, 939bat's liability is limited to returning the affected stake to the User's Account balance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes 939bat's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may request closure of your 939bat Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to you via a Supported Payment Method in your name, subject to pending withdrawal processing times.
939bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where the User has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where 939bat is required to do so for regulatory, legal, or compliance reasons. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as inactive. 939bat may apply a monthly inactivity fee to such Accounts as permitted under applicable law, following prior notification. The inactivity fee will not reduce the Account balance below zero.
939bat reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the 939bat Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1 above.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 939bat's licensing jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet, transaction, or Account decision, Users should first raise the matter with the 939bat customer support team. 939bat will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. All decisions made by 939bat on gaming outcomes — including bet settlements and game results as recorded by the Platform's server — are final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between a User's records and the Platform's server logs, the server-side records shall prevail.
